Article Evaluations Guide
At various times through the semester, I will provide a link to an article/museum link that adds to or gives contrast to some of the works we are "seeing." In this assignment, you will need to thoroughly examine the selection (not skim!) and then do a bit of critical thinking. Each assignment will have a specific focus given as a guide for your evaluation, and you will need to follow that guide for your response, but you will also need to include the following basic information at the beginning of your paper submission (typed after standard MLA info of name, class, etc...):
Title of article and source (website name)
Author of article, if one is given
Length of article, where appropriate (use "Print Preview" under "File" to get this info.--you'll see the number of pages listed on the top bar.)
Date of article, if given
Follow the focus of the assignment for your evaluation. Again, maintain standard MLA format...and say what you think and why you think it :) Minimum length for this assignment is 2 pages (unless otherwise indicated on the assignment)...but more is fine if you're on a roll!
