Elements of Style: http://bartleby.com/141/:  The excellent little book that offers clear guidance and advise for writers.  This site offers the text via links.

Electronic Citation Form:  This site offers a close look at proper citation of several electronic sources.  Thanks to Michael, a persistent student, for finding this site.

APA Documentation:  http://webster.commnet.edu/apa/apa_index.htm:  Welcome to a basic guide to APA Documentation.  This site offers a practical guide to understanding APA style and also gives links to other resources.

Turabian (Chicago Style) Documentation:  This site offers a good look at both footnote form and bibliography form for papers that require this style of documentation.
